Francisco Modesto de Olaguíbel (Mexico City, November 6, 1874 – Mexico City, December 14, 1924) was a Mexican lawyer, politician, journalist, writer, professor and academic who served as Attorney General of the Republic from January to December 1914 during the governments of Victoriano Huerta and Francisco S. Carvajal.
